How We Work

At TM Property Group, we believe in keeping things simple, transparent, and professional. Every job follows a clear process, giving our clients confidence and control from start to finish..

First Contact

As soon as a call or email comes in, one of our team members jumps on it straight away to log the issue and start the process.

Arranging Access

We liaise directly with the tenant, landlord, client, or business owner to gain access at a convenient time.

Inspection & Initial Response

Our team attends site, inspects the reported issue, and checks the property or premises for any hidden damage or related problems that may have been missed. A full inspection report (including advisory notes) is then sent back to the client.

Quotation Provided

Alongside the report, we provide a clear quotation for any further works required. No additional work is carried out without prior authorisation.

Approval & Scheduling

Once the quote is approved, we contact all parties to arrange a return visit and complete the job.

Completion & Final Report

After the work is finished, a final report with photos and confirmation of the completed works is provided, along with the invoice.

Completion & Final Report

This process ensures that:

  • Clients are always kept informed.

  • No unexpected costs occur.

  • Jobs are completed efficiently, to a high professional standard.

  • Potential issues are identified early, helping prevent bigger problems later.

Emergency works

will only be carried out immediately if prior authorisation has been agreed during the initial response — unless, during inspection, we identify an urgent threat to safety or further damage. Potential issues are identified early, helping prevent bigger problems later.
